Me too bro, I have lower ping only in League. Discord and other games show me 60ms ping but in a League game it's 120ms sometimes and perfect sometimes. It's actually been happening ever since 11.1 hit. With FPS drops as well alongside connectivity and login issues. EUW is fucked! I'm currently using Rogers as my internet service provider and on League of Legends my ping is never consistent for the past 4 hours.
